Fun with Fungi at Lake Laura Hardwoods SNA

Join local mycologist Anne Small for a look into the fascinating world of fungi. Anne will lead a hike around the Lake Laura Hardwoods State Natural Area (near Star Lake) and discuss the roles of fungi in Northwoods ecology.  She will give tips on collecting and identifying mushrooms. Attendees are encouraged to bring along specimens for identification. Registered participants will receive an email with directions to the program location prior to the hike.  Registration required by 7/30.  $20 ($15 members).
