*Cancelled* Canning & Preserving - Open Kitchen

Like to preserve the bounty from your garden or the local Farmers Market but do not know how, have the equipment or the space for canning or storing the equipment? The Discovery Center now has several options to help. We have acquired multiple water bath and pressure canners, a variety of
tools for canning, and jars galore. You can enjoy the art of canning without purchasing equipment! Join Master Naturalist and experienced canner, Marsha Kray, for a day of canning your garden’s bounty. Register by 9/8.
