Description
Join master birch bark canoe builder Ferdy Goode as we navigate the most remote and wild section of the Manitowish River. This is a day-long paddle on a slow-moving wilderness river, so some paddling skills are necessary to complete the journey. The trip will be about 13 miles total. Rated strenuous based on length. Bring a lunch, water, and canoeing gear. Canoes, paddles, and PFDs will be provided. Pre-registration required by 6/25. $50 ($40 members).
