Winter Tree ID Snowshoe

We are surrounded by trees.  Do you know which is which?  As many trees lose their leaves in the winter months, this only adds to the difficulty.  Join Joe Panci, Ottawa National Forest Conservation Education Coordinator, as we learn how to ID a tree in the winter months using its bark, twig, and growth pattern.  We will be snowshoeing or hiking around to put these new skills to use.  Please dress accordingly and bring your own showshoes or use a pair of ours.  Space is limited.  Advance registration is required by 02/15/2018.
