CANCELLED Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) Identification and Clean Boats Clean Waters (CBCW) training

Through the CBCW program, inspectors educate boaters on how and where invasive species are most likely to hitch a ride into water bodies. Inspectors perform boat and trailer checks for AIS, distribute informational brochures, and collect and report any new water body infestations. This training will teach you how to identify AIS so that you can relay information to boaters, and also teach you how to perform boat inspections at landings. What a wonderful way to preserve the ecological beauty of our waters! 
Meet at Pipke Park in Presque Isle, by the Presque Isle Ponds. Registration required by 6/18. Free.
